Plugin "Thread Bulk Processing: Thread Topic"

A plugin for the WoltLab Suite Forum that adds the condition "Topic" to the bulk processing of threads.

Once again a small plugin has been created, which adds the condition "Topic" to the Bulk Processing of Threads in the ACP. This makes it possible to edit topics with a certain title all at once. Since the placeholder % can also be used, it is also possible to filter topics according to a certain scheme.
